Pinot Noir grapes were cold soaked for five days to help create vibrant colour and pronounced flavours.  Blended with a dash of SummerGate's signature white wine varietals, this Rosé has intense aromas of strawberries and cream, flavours of strawberries and red currant; ending with a crisp, dry finish.
