This elegant organic Pinot Noir is aged in French oak, with aromas and flavours of raspberry, cherry, and pomegranate, with a hint of baking spice. Medium body, beautiful tannins, and a smooth finish. Unfined and unfiltered. (Note: sediment is normal for wine that is unfined and unfiltered.)
